William is the owner of Pure Shift Productions, but he is also a musician with many years experience. He first played clarinet at the age of 8 and eventually picked up the bass guitar as well as trumpet during his first year in high school at Struthers High in Ohio. Through out his years at Struthers, he played in the jazz band, marching band, concert band and any other type of band he could get into. While attending Youngstown State University where he majored in TV, radio and film with a minor in theater, he joined up with a local progressive metal band called Tempo Tantrum and opened up for national acts such as Quiet Riot.
Since then William has performed in many different bands and musicians including Jim Steed. He has picked up many different instruments over the years including guitar and keyboards, and recently decided to quit the IT industry to follow his dream at making music with as many people as possible. He is currently attending Northern Virginia Community College in their audio recording program.
Williams most recent achievement was collaborating with fellow musicians Shawn Key, Josh regan and James Ellison to produce a tribute song for 9/11 called "Spirit of America". The endeavor was featured in an article in the Potomac News and you can view the picture here.
Other than music, William also had the ability to do voice over work for just about anything. You can visit his website at voice123.com for more information or send an e-mail via the contact link above.
